Seoul is one of the best running cities I've come across, if you know the right places. This guide combines the routes, running stores, post-run cafes, and run clubs I've curated across multiple trips with insight from local runners and Seoul’s running community.

From the creator

I'm Nicholas, a runner, cyclist and multidisciplinary creative from Sydney. My photography work takes me to cities around the world, and running is how I actually get to know them.

Seoul keeps pulling me back. The running culture here is unlike anywhere else I've been. But it took a few visits to really start finding the places worth knowing.

Everything in this guide has been filtered through multiple trips and insider tips from runners I've met in Seoul. If I wouldn't point a friend there, it didn't make the cut.
